Pay For Only The Area Cleaned:

Unlike most companies, we only charge you for the carpet we clean. So if you have furniture in a room that you don’t want moved, we will measure around it. In a bedroom, a bed may take up quite a bit of space. Why should you pay to have that area cleaned when it isn’t going to be moved?

But if you want the furniture moved, we will be glad to move it, clean the area and move it back into place.

Residential Carpet:

We charge 30 cents per square foot for cleaning with a $65 minimum.

Empty House Discount:

We charge 23 cents per square foot for empty houses with a $65 minimum.

Commercial Carpet / Apartment or Property Management:

Call our office 937-667-0049 and we can discuss your needs, measure the areas and provide a written proposal for you.

Upholstery Cleaning:

Sectional sofa is $125. Three cushion sofa is $65. Two cushion love seat is $45. Recliner or large stuffed chair is $35. Other chairs such as dining room chairs, desk chairs, ottoman, etc. are so variable in size and shape that we need to see the piece in order to quote you a price.

Flood Restoration:

Pricing is dependent on the classification of water and which services will be needed to complete the restoration. We can come inspect, evaluate and provide a written estimate for you.

Tile & Grout Cleaning:

We charge 80 cents per square foot for cleaning with a $100 minimum.

Specialty Items:

We offer odor control, pet problem correction, and other services. We will have to inspect the area to evaluate the cost of this service for you.
